With over eight years of combined experience in maternity care, mental health support, life coaching, and intuitive guidance, I’ve had the honor of supporting more than 130 individuals on their journeys.

This includes mothers and families through pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and infant care, offering gentle, informed support shaped by nursing school training and live birth experiences.

I’ve also walked alongside children, teens, adults, and elders through emotional and spiritual transitions, holding space for grief, healing, and awakening with compassion and presence.
