As your birth doula, I provide emotional, physical, educational and practical support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth and the early postpartum season. My role is never to replace your medical team. Instead, I help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you make the choices that are right for you and your family.

How We Prepare Together
Prenatal Support
During our prenatal sessions we'll build a strong foundation before labor begins.
Together we'll discuss your hopes for birth, create personalized birth preferences, explore comfort measures, prepare your birth partner, practice breathing and relaxation techniques, organize practical preparations for baby's arrival and create thoughtful backup plans so you can approach birth with greater confidence and peace of mind.
Continuous Birth Support
Once labor begins, you won't have to navigate it alone.
I'll remain by your side, offering continuous emotional encouragement, physical comfort techniques, guidance for your partner, advocacy support and reassurance throughout labor and birth.
Every birth unfolds differently, and my role is to help you feel safe, supported and empowered regardless of how your birth journey evolves.
Postpartum Care
Support doesn't end when your baby is born.
During the postpartum period I'll continue checking in, answering questions, providing encouragement, helping you adjust to life with your new baby and offering practical support whenever possible.
Whether you need emotional encouragement, breastfeeding resources, help around the house or simply someone to listen, this season deserves just as much care as birth itself.
